What Brennan offers as a basic model far outdistances the upgraded models of other builders at a lower cost. The highlight of dealing with Brennan is the customer service. I have never dealt with a more customer service oriented company. We needed to have some flexibility in a closing date which they were agreeable to. When we had to move the date up, they rearranged their schedule to make sure our new home was ready when we closed on our old house. Questions are answered promptly, openly and honestly. Any problems we had after moving in (which were few and minor) were dealt with promptly and professionally.
