Make Your Selections.
Our Design Consultant will guide you through the selections process. Once you have finalized your selections and received loan approval, it’s time to sit back and relax while our talented team begins preparing your homesite for construction.
Watch Your Home Come to Life.
From the foundation being poured to the final coat of paint being placed on the walls, we know that communication is key to building a strong relationship with you. We are in frequent communication with our homeowners, answering any questions you may have throughout the building process.
Welcome to Your Dream Home.
When the big move-in day arrives, you will meet with Brennan and complete a Home Presentation Tour. We will go through each room and review every detail of your new home.
Feel Secure with Brennan’s Warranty
Once you’ve lived in your home, you may notice small nail pops or other warranty items. We will gladly come back to take care of these tasks. Make sure you reference our warranty book for full details on what is covered.
At Brennan Homes, we strive to always be accessible to our customers – whether you’re a homeowner or just curious about building one of our custom homes.
