This means that by the time you move in, it’s already designed with the features you want.

When you buy an existing home, the choice of location and neighborhood is already made for you, and it becomes one of the deciding factors as to whether you make an offer. A reputable builder is usually building homes in several new neighborhoods at once, so you can choose from a variety of floor plans and lots. If the home you want isn’t already built, you can build it from the ground up, and you have more options as to where to put your home.
